You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya01 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phtaya01 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phtaya01 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
phtaya01 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.
phtaya01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phtaya01 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times as communicated on the Platform. phtaya01 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform's cashier section. These limits may be adjusted by phtaya01 at any time with reasonable notice.
phtaya01 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All content on the phtaya01 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of phtaya01 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phtaya01.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya01 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
phtaya01 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtaya01 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages are not permitted, phtaya01's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall phtaya01's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaya01 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phtaya01 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
phtaya01 is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination for cause, phtaya01 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Any real-money balance remaining in a legitimately operated account at the time of closure for reasons other than breach will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable processing times.
You may close your phtaya01 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between you and phtaya01 shall first be submitted to phtaya01's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also seek recourse through PAGCOR's established player complaint mechanisms.
phtaya01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the phtaya01 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
